Czech nursery equipment with a long-standing tradition
We are a Czech family-run business that builds on a tradition of carpentry dating back to 1990. Dřevovýroba RaP was founded in 2004 and, ever since, we have been combining traditional craftsmanship with modern production technologies. Thanks to our many years of experience, we know exactly what nursery equipment needs to withstand and what demands children and teachers place on it every day.

Children’s safety comes first
Children’s furniture must not only be attractive, but above all safe. That is why we pay close attention to the stability of the structure, secure joints, correct proportions and rounded edges. Our products are designed for everyday use in environments where movement, play and discovery are the norm. Selected children’s chairs comply with the requirements of European standards EN 1729-1 and EN 1729-2.

Everything you need for nursery, all in one place
We manufacture children’s chairs and tables, storage boxes, shelving systems, cupboards, loungers, wooden toys and other furnishings for nurseries and children’s bedrooms. Individual products can be coordinated in terms of both colour and design to create a pleasant, practical and harmonious space for playing, learning, creating and relaxing.
Ergonomics tailored to children
The correct height and shape of children’s furniture affect comfort when sitting, playing and creating. We therefore offer chairs in several heights to suit children’s ages and sizes. Ergonomically shaped seats and backrests promote comfortable sitting, whilst the rounded front edge of the seat enhances comfort during prolonged use.
Wood from responsibly managed sources
We hold FSC certification and can also supply our products with FSC certification. This allows the origin of the materials used to be traced throughout the supply chain and gives customers the assurance that the timber comes from responsibly managed sources. When furnishing a nursery, it is therefore possible to combine high-quality equipment with a considerate approach to the environment.

Designed for heavy-duty use in a nursery school
Nursery furniture is subjected to much greater wear and tear every day than ordinary domestic furniture. Our chairs therefore feature strong glued, screwed and dowelled joints, and selected designs are further reinforced with cross-braces. Carefully selected materials and a robust design help to ensure a long service life even with intensive use.

Every product undergoes a thorough inspection
Quality is not determined solely by the materials used, but above all by the precision of the workmanship and the attention paid to every detail. That is why we carry out continuous checks on individual products throughout the manufacturing process. Before dispatch, we verify their workmanship, stability, functionality and the final finish. This ensures that the product sent to the nursery is one we can stand behind.
Customised mass production of wooden components
We manufacture wooden components and products in batches according to the documentation provided, a sample or the customer’s precise specifications. We specialise, for example, in furniture legs, armchair frames, furniture doors, milled parts and other mass-produced components.
During production, we place great emphasis on consistent quality, dimensional accuracy, the selection of suitable materials and high-quality surface finishes. Each batch undergoes both in-process and final inspections to ensure that individual items meet the required specifications and maintain long-term consistency.
